In a short time, Platex® India has become a prominent brand in the heat exchanger market, known for its cost-effective, quick, and reliable service. The service team consists of over 30 engineers and technicians, operating from two service centres in Pune and Belgaum, and offering 24/7 support. They utilize specially designed service vans for on-site servicing and have well-equipped centres for refurbishment and genuine spare parts supply, all at reasonable costs with warranty. This commitment to sustainability has made Platex® India the preferred choice for customers who prioritize reliability.
